The Loop Side Chair, a reinterpretation of Frances Adler Elkins's 1930s Loop Chair, is distinguished by a back of six interlocking circles set within a gently arched frame. Carved from mahogany and finished in Garden Celadon lacquer, the open construction gives its graphic geometry a graceful presence. Curving fretwork carries the circular motif through the apron, and gently curved legs end in pierced, carved feet.
